The Importance of Adequate Preparation for Your SSC Exam

If you have become determined that a position in one of the departments in the Government of India or in the Ministries of India, then it is essential that you have an adequate amount of knowledge regarding the Staff Selection, or SSC exams. This exam, the SSC CGL will be administered each year and every applicant has to clear each of the three tiers that are present during the exam. The first Tier of the SSC CGL exam will involve applicants answering a number of different multiple choice questions that cover subjects such as General English, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and reasoning.

Once a student has successfully passed the Tier one of the exam, then you will have a month to prepare for the Tier 2 exams. While there will be a number of different multiple choice questions, the format regarding the subjects and syllabus for the second tier will be different.

Applicants will be tested on a number of different areas including statistical inferences, probability distributions, random variable, sampling theory, probability theory, regression, correlation, kurtosis, skewness, moments and more.
